Hey,
Thanks for your interest in the paper. I've added an MIT license.
Keep in mind that the AUPRO implementation is based on the official evaluation code of MVTEC 3D-AD (found here).

Also, we would be delighted if you could add SPADE (paper, unoffical github) and 3D-ADS (this project) to the list of methods currently supported by anomalib.
