Pending follower request notification always shows "You have denied the request"

thank you very much for elk, it's superb!

I currently see a bug in v0.16.0 on elk.zone that is an exact duplicate of #2531 , however the server in question is running Mastodon v4.3.3.

All pending follow requests on a locked account show the notification that the request has been denied - the request is still pending, though, and can be accepted using other clients.
