why the submodule langs pointed to an old commit?

Hi there,

Thank you so much for providing this great tools! Even I am using Emacs >= 29.1, I find using tree-sitter as a minor mode has its own advantages.

I notice that the submodule langs pointed to an old commit. Will this affect us to use the latest tree-sitter-langs?
