Many access properties are missing in the register descriptions

Although the original SVD files contains the access property for each register field, they are missing in most cases in the register descriptions of the JSON files. I've noticed that these are also missing in the yaml-files.
I could really use the JSON database for my project (stm cpp library), but I also need access-properties of the register fields in order to generate the appropriate getter and setter functions.
