Error: Probe did not appear after the max settle time.

When the title error occurs, the only alternative left for me is to disconnect and then reconnect, and then it works. However, before doing this, I list the probes and it is present.

$ teleprobe local run --chip STM32WB55RG --elf target/thumbv7em-none-eabihf/release/ble
Error: Probe did not appear after the max settle time.

If I run

$ teleprobe local list-probes
0483:374b:066CFF3332584B3043254843 -- StLink STLink V2-1

I tried power cycling, no luck. 🤔
