Livereload script not injected after a refresh

What's the issue ?

I have the issue ONLY in the tests (ember exam --server)
When doing a manual refresh it seems the live reload is no more injected into the DOM.
I need every time to restart completely my tests to make it come back 😞

• ember-cli: 3.16.2
• ember-cli-inject-live-reload: 2.0.2
