Release a patch version with updated ember-eslint-parser

That version fixes a dependency issue that locked the babel/eslint-parser version, which blocks eslint v9. I think it's important enough to consume and publish a patch here for

(I actually find that in my pnpm app, it is stuck on EEP 0.4.3 unless I specify it in the resolutions)
