Wii Ejects Disc then Returns Unrecoverable Read Error.

This only happens for some Discs and always around 50-80%.
So there may be problems with my Wii or Discs but since it Specifically only happens inbetween 50-80% Progress maybe theres more flaws than just my hardware. Its happened on the following Discs: Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Skylanders: Swap Force, Super Smash Bros Brawl.

My CleanRip settings are the following:
Size: auto
Split: MAX
New Device: False

Same thing happened to me on my scratched discs. Unfortunately your discs have irrepairable damage and are dead.
