How to login as the admin of platform operator organization in origin platform reference implementation? And related queries.

When I start the demo implementation, it creates some default users with Rights/roles assigned to them. It appears that Rights=16 is the platform admin who can approve other users and organizations. How do I login with this admin account (email address is admin@mailinator.com)? Also, why is organization id 5 associated to this user? Should this user not be like a super-admin and not an admin of any particular organization? Thanks in advance for any answer.
