Can't access conneciton_id of connections set up by submodules

When creating a connection with a module like cloud-router-2-google-connection , you don't get the fcr primary or secondary connection id as an output. So there is no way to load or access any details about the equinix side of the connection that was set up.

@cprivitere , similar to the other issue #137 , the examples are just showing possible ways to use the base modules present in the modules directory. They aren't supposed to be entirely used on their own without modifications.

That being said, I do think there's value in improving the outputs of the modules in the modules directory.
