Are there AI-options that could be implemented in Sanity to create alt texts for images.
Example from an image of Anders Opedal giving a presentation (from an AI tool): A bald man in a dark suit and tie speaks at a podium with the "Equinor" logo. He wears a headset microphone. The background is blue-lit with a screen displaying text. Audience members are visible in the foreground.

Branch created padms/2843 , put on hold to see if ai assist tool can be used which in turn uses openai as a third party sub processor
