correcting files in tfb-telugu-epigraphy

@AnneSchmiedchen — in #422, @danbalogh mentions that the files encodes by Jens contain many errors. I had indeed noticed this and been meaning to write to you about it. Could you please try to take upon yourself to get these files into acceptable shape?

By the way, @michaelnmmeyer, why is there no editor "Jens Thomas" that can be selected to obtain only the tfb-telugu-epigraphy files that are listed at https://dharmalekha.info/errors? His code is "part:jeth".

I will talk about this with Dániel tomorrow. He mentions in the other Github issue that he will not have the time to do it. But I doubt that I will be able to do this alone.
