replace ṁ* by ḿ

Thanks Ilham. My request was addressed to Michaël but it's kind of you to step in.

It turns out that tfd-nusantara.philology encoders must have already made most replacements themselves, because your operation only caught two cases in the most recently created file or Or. 5095 on that repository.

Also, it would would have been better to focus the replacement only on XML files, because it should not have affected other file types but in your case did also affect one html file — but no harm done.

It also seems to have affected the file tfc-nusantara-epigraphy.code-workspace (0fe88c6ea9e1bfe15376e3c4415c5ff2321b5958) which seems to be generated by the sysrem and whose function I don't know about. It isn't clear to me what change has been made in that file.

@arlogriffiths My bad! The replacement hit every file in every folder because I did a global search/replace on the whole directory rather than by extension. Thanks for noticing. I'll be more careful next time.

I’d already done another replacement in tfd-nusantara-philology back in a49fd05, which explains why there were so few cases left.
