E.g., today I am encoding like this <ref target="DHARMA_INSIDENKWanuaTengahIII.xml">Wanua Tengah III</ref> but the xml file's name will soon be finalized as DHARMA_INSIDENK00377.xml" and then the link will be broken. It would be belpful to have a list of unfound targets and the files in which reference is made to them.
