I would like to ask you for help : Can you receive streaming quotes via API? - try the following complete snippet.

I am unable to receive the streaming bars for these tickers.
It works fine in my TWS, it works via API when requesting historical data.

Just the basic data subscription for the US markets is needed (active sub can be verify in the TWS if you getting the quotes)
