.NET 10. and Updated Release #7

Hi @erdomke -
We have been auditing our Nuget Package usage and this package relies on an insecure package that is no longer necessary for .NET 10 (and many previous versions.) The insecure dependency is Microsoft.NETCore.Jit
I see that this library hasn't necessitated much maintenance as of late.
Can you grant me write access to this repository and the ability to publish an updated nuget package?
