no checksum in the MD5 file for the otp 28.3 release

There's no no checksum in the MD5 file for the otp 28.3 release, so kerl is not able to build the release

I have downloaded the MD5.txt from Releases 28.3 and the OTP 28.3 src.

Running md5sum otp_src_28.3.tar.gz matches the MD5.txt

3ab587eab688a80dc43926a9a12b7b91  otp_src_28.3.tar.gz

Maybe I am missing something :)
