Across providers, we generally don't provide additional help output beyond what rebar3 gleans from the specification returned by init/1 on the provider.

We could provide more helpful information similar to what we do on the publish provider. I'd be terribly interested as to what people think would be the most helpful and form a standard for outputting help.
