[Bug Report] Issue with ESP-IDF Installation (EIM-967)

• OS info: OS: Windows 11 (26200) | Architecture: x86_64 | Kernel: 26200
• App Version: 0.17.4

Description

Please describe the issue you encountered:
设置工具失败：Failed to install Python environment: failed to install requirements from file "C:\esp\v6.0.2\esp-idf\tools\requirements\requirements.core.txt": 系统找不到指定的路径。 (os error 3)

Steps to Reproduce

1. 安装包已经下载完成
2. 到了Python配置的时候提示上面错误。

使用手动安装的时候，检查Python环境，报告Pip缺失。

实际用Cmd环境下，pip是已经安装
