[drained] Backlight and bluetooth not restored

The bug

After power is restored, LCD backlight is off. Going to settings shows backlight is 1, but backlight then starts working.

Also, bluetooth does not seem to work after power is restored. Making watch connectable again seems to fix the issue.

Last I used it it was ok, but I don't have the watch with me at the moment. Default config though, could be a regression from a recent change?

I had that two glitches for as long as I can remember. And I probably installed drained rather soon as it was important for me.

drained config file is (as seen from Web IDE):

Interesting - I don't see the bug, do you see any console output if you enable bluetooth, connect to the web IDE, then restore power? I'm wondering if an exception is stopping normal resume from happening (except we can't test for bluetooth in this case)
