feature: provide applyconfigurations for APIs

Hello,
it would be nice if this project provided applyconfigurations versions of APIs so it would be much easier to use CR defined in this project in server-side apply. I think [cert-manager](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/cert-manager/cert-manager@v1.20.0/pkg/client/applyconfigurations/certmanager/v1) does a good job doing so.
