Updates for Default On-chain Payments

Description: The Ethereum Foundation is switching to ETH as the default disbursement method for EF grants. We need to make the following changes to the ESP website to reflect this new policy:

1. ESP Website Copy: Updates to the "How to Apply Page" and FAQ (/applicants), on the Wishlist (/applicants/wishlist) and RFP tabs (/applicants/rfp), and on the individual Wishlist and RFP templates.
2. Webform Updates: Payment Acknowledgment checkbox added to all webforms required for submission
3. Grantee Finance Form: Update to default ETH and move the Fiat and Stablecoin (DAI) options to a separate exception form.
