We should consider adding the kurtosis setup from Pandaops in our CI at some point - read here for more details https://ethpandaops.io/posts/assertoor-introduction/#assertoor-github-action

They have a Github Action configured that we could use to run multiclient devnets for smoke testing purposes with new client releases,etc

I looked at Kurtosis for Optimism. I really loved it and when I tried it out it was pretty incredible. The only reason I chose to not advocate using it is lack of OSS licensing
