No log entry when parameter check fails in ldap.authenticate #210

In ldap.authenticate is a check for valid parameters. If this fails there is no information about the problem for the user.

I think there should be a message like "invalid login data: no password" and "invalid login data: LDAP_AUTH_USER_LOOKUP_FIELDS "
