Background

The user should have the option to start the Docker DB with GPU support. If this GPU option is set in the Secret Store, the ITDE Manager should start the ITDE with GPU support enabled.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add GPU support to ITDE Manager
• Add integration test running on a GH large runner
