This repo should document the files in the docs folder of a track repo:

  • docs/ABOUT.md
  • docs/INSTALLATION.md
  • docs/LEARNING.md
  • docs/RESOURCES.md
  • docs/SNIPPET.txt
  • docs/TESTS.md

Currently, we only mention them in building/configlet/lint.md.

This issue is a follow-up of #179 (review)
