UPDATE 3:I've now removed every existence of npm, node, node.js, Nodist, and system variables Now I could finally open the created folder in Visual Studio Code and everything works now : ) UPDATE 2:ok I think I found part of the problem

Original Post:somehow the version is now actually v11.13.0, I dont know how but before it allways was v14.x EDIT I've installed the version 14 but it still shows version 11... why??? At first I just wanted to get into cross platform app development with react native.
Since two days now I'm trying to get the expo command to work in the console of my windows machine. no luck so far... I tried a lot of different commands and followed every tutorial I could find on messing with system valiables of windows. The highlight of the last 48 hous was when
