Incorrect log level for "Ignoring expo.appManifest.fileReferences.excludeGlobPatterns ..."

Description of the bug

An ERROR level log when user just install it without any settings.

To Reproduce

1. Install the extension
2. View output or console log of VSCode

Expected behavior

Correct log level like INFO

Actual behavior

[error] [Window] Ignoring expo.appManifest.fileReferences.excludeGlobPatterns as expo.appManifest.fileReferences is true
