disable apps menu #1356

how can i do it so when i press the windows button on my taskbar, not keyboard (because i disabled it) normal windows app menu appears and not... that. i found in similar posts that some guy said "settings > widgets > apps menu > enable to false", where the hell is the settings tab owo
