Does react-app-polyfill include browser api polyfill (like scrollToView...etc) ?

Hi, friends. this question bothers me for a while. I read the document a few times and still not sure about whether react-app-polyfill just add support to language feature or both. If it just adds language feature polyfill, then I should add some library to polyfill browser API used in project myself. I only have a Mac so I can't do some experiment. If anyone knows the answer please share with me, Thanks a lot.
