Ctrl+A selection doesn't work in Firefox when there are action items

What is the current behavior?

In Firefox browser impossible to use Ctrl+A with Action item in text editor field. Selection just blinks and disappears.
In Chrome Ctrl+A works correct.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

1. Create some action items in text editor
2. Click Ctrl+A from keyboard
3. Observe result

What is the expected behavior?

When user press CTRL + A it works like in Chrome.

Which versions of Draft.js, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of Draft.js?

Draft-JS: "0.11.7",
Browser: Firefox (v. 103.0.1)
