Add option to keep focus on an element after typeIn

Vuetify autocompletes clear when they lose focus. Browser monkey seems to defocus an element automatically as part of its flow. This clears the text which stops the search and means you can't then find the options to select one. Any way to maintain focus when using typeIn and therefore allow selected of one of the options.
