Update  messages for supporting multiple backup types

- [ ] Implement `BackupType` enum in protob definitions
- [ ] Add backup type in `Features`
- [ ] Add backup type in `ResetDevice`

**Additional context**
Needed for fibercrypto/skywallet-mcu#367
