Permissions/Roles menu is not accessible when menu is in compact mode

Describe the bug

The permissions/roles menu has a sub-menu which is not visible when the menu is in compact mode. Hence, we can't access the page:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the admin dashboard
2. If needed, reduce the size of the window to have the compact menu
3. Click on the lock icon
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Probably the easiest solution is to get rid of the compact menu and only display the burger button to switch the mobile menu.

Hey @frankie567 , I am very beginner to this open source world , I was testing this issue and I found out that sub menus of roles/permissions aren't seen on dimension of Nest hub , Nest hub max ( width:1024px to width:1535px ).

hii @frankie567 , I created the same issue which for customization page where email templates/Themes sub-menu aren't visible.
