feat: Add methods for hidden rows, hidden columns, and freezing the first row

- Implemented `GetHiddenColumns` to retrieve hidden columns in a worksheet.
- Added `GetHiddenRows` to retrieve hidden rows in a worksheet.
- Introduced `FreezeFirstRowPane` to allow freezing the first row of the worksheet for better data handling.
