Bug: Wrong tab has focus when continuing where you left off

Description

If multiple folders are opened as tabs in Files, then the app is closed (fully), then re-opened later, all tabs are restored but the active tab is the last index of the tabs list instead of the last opened one being selected.

Steps To Reproduce

2. Open 4 or more tabs to different folders.
3. Note the current active tab
4. Close Files
5. Relaunch Files

Expected:

Files should upon relaunch open all tabs and focus on the last open tab.

Actual result:

Files opens all tabs correctly, but focuses on the last tab in the list.

Thank you for the report. Tracking the focused tab should be pretty simple. It shouldn't be that challenging but we'll also need to update the logic to load that tab first while the others load in the background.
