Convert AppDirectory test into applicaiton into a test

There is a small embedded project in teh fdc-standard package used to test app-directory parsing at packages/fdc3-standard/src/app-directory/specification/test/package.json

Convert this into a test that runs as part of CI and remove it from the src folder.
