Enhance description for getActiveV2Policy endpoint

Expanded the description for the getActiveV2Policy endpoint to include contact information for participation in the Fireblocks TAP.

Modified description by adding roles.

Hey Juliet - the description text and formatting need to be updated slightly

Let's change the text to:

This endpoint is currently in beta and subject to change. If you want to participate in the Policies beta, contact your Fireblocks Customer Success Manager or send an email to [email protected].

Retrieves the active policy and its validation for a specific policy type.

Endpoint Permissions: Admin, Non-Signing Admin.

Make sure the description text is indented two spaces below the word description in the YAML (like you see with the word "Returns..." in the current description), otherwise it will throw an error when we try to validate it
