Allow us to export accounts

Allow us to export private keys and seedphrases for ring signers and seed signers just like Metamask does, please :)

@AJolly these are two separate requests, you can manually back up your config.json which can be found here:

on Linux: ~/.config/Frame
on macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Frame
on Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Frame

This procedure could be made more user-friendly, so feel free to add a new issue suggesting a UI option for configuration export.
