Software update: add missing homepage

In my configuration, fluidd and cartographer_plugin have no external website icon to click on:

I'd like to quickly access the plugin's homepage, whether they're installed from git or not.. Hopefully moonraker exposes the homepage url..?

Can I ask that you check http://<your-moonraker-instance>/machine/update/status and see if the information for those 2 is there?
