sfp doesn't support new features in @salesforce/core such as source decomposition.

Utilising the same will result in sfp crashing during json validation

I can confirm that sfp does work with decomposed permission Sets and sharing Rules, however source tracking files lead to crashes when not circumventing this by using --nosourcetracking

To correct myself here, it seems like decomposePermissionSetsBeta2 throws exceptions while decomposePermissionSetsBeta does actually work. So I'm hopeful it will be available in full next release. :)
