Meta: communication about the article units PR

As #1073 is a PR that's unfortunately gone out of bounds, I propose to create regular upstream issues for PR-related issues (bugs / feature requests and change requests) and labeling them with extended units PR, instead of directly adding comments on the PR's page. (That would be to big a discussion in one thread.)

Therefore, I've also copied all issues of our fork (which led to the PR) here, and labeled them accordingly. (I've also tried to link them to the PR, but maybe there's too many of them - it only worked for some 🤔 )
Whenever the issue contents refer to the "Post-Merge" milestone: That milestone no longer exists, it was just used in our fork to plan things that were not critical to foodsoft's basic operations and which can be postponed to after we merge (Currently that encompasses all the old issues. We're bound to find new ones, however, that need to be tackled before the merge like #1114.)

When there's general discussions/questions about certain features of the PR, I suggest to create a separate discussion (each of them labeled extended units PR) - again to avoid each discussion to become to big.

So this is just the meta-discussion about how we should communicate about the PR.
