Feature to scratch org as an admin

As an admin, I want to have an AI that code for me knowing all the context of my org.

Logged in on my salesforce org, as an admin I can describe a feature. Einstein GPT process my request with the code inside my org and create a scratch org with the implemented feature. In one click I can test the new feature implemented.
