Can't record "Post-processing unavailable: <missing api key>", when PP is disabled #41

Describe the bug
Uable to start recording, I need to configue some API keys. Even if post processing is disabled and I'm just trying to use a local model.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
- Fresh install
- Download local model
- Disable post processing
- Try to record
- Unable to record, need to configure API key for post processing
Expected behavior
Should be able to record without having to configure API keys for post processing, when it is disabeled.
Environment
- OS: Fedora Workstation 43, KDE 6.6
- Whis version: 0.7.2
- Installation method: Flatpak
