Income tax Calculation error after relieving date is set

Information about bug

once i set the relieving date in the employee (employee leaving in march) the income tax is going in negative. please advise

Income tax is calculated based on the projected annual taxable income and distributed evenly across each payroll cycle. For example, if the expected annual salary based on salary assignment is 13 lakhs (with tax applicable above 12 lakhs), tax will be deducted accordingly each month. However, if a relieving date is set, for example at the end of the 3rd month after processing salary for first 2 months, the actual income falls below the taxable limit and income tax may no longer apply
The negative amount indicates the amount that the Employee has already paid in tax in the first 2 months for which employee maybe eligible for tax returns.

However that amount is not deducted from the salary slip
