Promote JSON Data Resource as standard (not as recipe)

In both version of Frictionless Data documentation (v1 and v2) the JSON Data Resource is mentioned with recipes.

To me it seems better to put this as standalone specification (despite of being rather simple).

Definitely! Actually, it just needs to be properly articulated but technically JSON Data Resource is already supported by core Data Resource spec so there is no need in the recipe anymore

This is the issue I mentioned in our community call last week regarding hybrid (tabular/non-tabular) data validation.

I think we have here quite a low-hanging fruit here for both standard addition and implementation addition as having something like:

  {"path": "data.json", "type": "json", "jsonSchema": "link-to-json-schema.json"}
]

we can simply enable those hybrid workflows as it's only the matter for the implementations of adding an extra JSON Schema validation (similarly to what we added with the jsonSchema constraint`).

I like it. Can't think of any reason at the moment why this wouldn't work. The simpler the better 👍
