Minor visual clipping issue when opening system menu (ESC) while BugSack is open

Describe the problem

The "Send Bugs" button and the tabs at the bottom of the window have different z-index than the rest of the window, causing them to appear on top of the system menu (ESC).

Did this happen on PTR/Beta or the live version of WoW?

1. Open BugSack
2. Press ESC
