Fyne Installation Not Checked if Already in the System

Fyne does not verify its previous installation in the system which causes the output to be this whenever the installation is done multiple times. Must be a flag.

This is not a Fyne issue - it looks to me like possibly your Go installation is corrupted somehow. Those are internal functions.
