Using icons on stickers - licensing issue

The FAQ seems to encourage the use of the icons on printed stickers. (https://game-icons.net/faq.html)

Are there feasible solutions of crediting the creators as needed by the conditions of the CC-BY license? Stickers are probably too small to have a reasonably sized QR-code on them and this might also detract from the artistic design of the sticker.
