Pseudosections: Add current/voltage ids to dataframe #19

Adding current and voltage ids to the dataframe (after importing all data) will allow us to plot consistent pseudosections also for filtered data.

Right now pseudosections are plotted using ids computed just before plotting, thereby filtered data is not considered anymore.
